Therapy Services for Children, Young Adults and Families

What We Offer

At New Vision Nursing, we provide therapy and mental health support for children, teenagers, young adults (ages 5–25), and the people who care for them. Our services are designed to be relational, trauma-informed, and responsive to the complexity of real life.

Whether you're concerned about anxiety, trauma, self-harm, identity, or emotional overwhelm, we’re here to help — with care that is thoughtful, flexible, and rooted in clinical expertise.

Our work is grounded in trauma-informed and systemic practice. We understand that mental health is shaped by relationships, experiences, and context — not just symptoms.

We draw on approaches such as:

  • Attachment and developmental trauma models
  • Mentalisation-based practice
  • Narrative, systemic and family therapy ideas
  • DBT, CBT, and neurodevelopmental frameworks
  • Psychoeducation and co-created formulations

Therapy with us is not about “fixing” — it’s about creating space for understanding, expression, and healing.
