Therapy, Training and Consultancy in Mental Health

Children and Young People (5-18)

Children and Young People (5-18)

Children and Young People (5-18)

We offer mental health therapy for children and young people up to the age of 18 - supporting emotional wellbeing across key developmental stages.

Our approach is:

  • Relational and trauma-informed
  • Developmentally appropriate
  • Grounded in understanding behaviour, emotions, and relationships in context
  • Adapted to each person’s needs and circumstances

Therapy may support:

  • Anxiety, low mood, and emotional regulation
  • Trauma and adverse childhood experiences
  • Identity, attachment, and relational difficulties
  • Transitions into adulthood and independence

This work is not about quick fixes or rigid techniques. It is about creating a safe, consistent therapeutic space where people can think, feel, and make sense of their experiences.

Young Adults (18–30)

Children and Young People (5-18)

Children and Young People (5-18)

We provide therapy for young adults aged 18–30, recognising that this stage of life often involves significant emotional, relational, and identity-based challenges.

This may include support with:

  • Transitioning into adulthood
  • Anxiety, stress, or burnout
  • Relationships, boundaries, and self-understanding
  • The impact of earlier trauma on adult life

Therapy is collaborative and reflective, supporting young adults to develop insight, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.

Psychoeducation for Parents and Carers

Mental Health Training & Consultancy for Professionals

Mental Health Training & Consultancy for Professionals

We provide psychoeducation support for parents and carers, helping families to understand emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and mental health through a compassionate, evidence-informed lens.

This support helps parents and carers to:

  • Understand their child or young person’s emotional and developmental needs
  • Make sense of behaviour in context, rather than through blame or shame
  • Learn how stress, trauma, and relationships influence emotions and behaviour
  • Build confidence in responding to distress in supportive, attuned ways
  • Strengthen relationships within the family system

Psychoeducation may be offered:

  • Alongside a child or young person’s therapy
  • As stand-alone parent or family support
  • As part of a wider, relational approach to family wellbeing

The focus is on understanding, insight, and practical confidence, rather than diagnosis or fault — supporting parents and families to feel more informed, resourced, and connected.
